FOUNDER, REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

A Charleston native, Lenny attended Wando High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law.

Prior to starting Mitchum Law Firm, LLC, attorney Lenny Mitchum developed a strong foundation in real estate law while practicing with several respected firms in the Charleston area. In addition to his real estate practice, Lenny brings valuable background experience in estate planning, probate, entity formation, and bankruptcy.

Outside of the office, Lenny enjoys spending time with his family, being out on the water, and attending football, baseball, and basketball games.

LAW CLERK

Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Lindsay relocated to Charleston in 2023 to begin her legal studies at Charleston School of Law. Prior to law school, she graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Political Science.

Lindsay has a strong interest in real estate transactions and estate planning, along with a passion for helping clients navigate some of life’s most important decisions. In addition to her legal work, Lindsay runs the firm’s social media, turning closings and contracts into content!

Upon graduating from CSOL in May of 2026, Lindsay will sit for the South Carolina Bar and will be switching roles at Mitchum Law Firm from Law Clerk to Associate Attorney upon passing.

Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys FaceTiming with her family back in Mississippi, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her two boxers, Knox and Henry, and fiancé, Aaron!

PARALEGAL

Born in Arkansas and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Sloan made her way to Charleston, where she earned a degree in International Studies.

After graduation, Sloan spent ten years in the mortgage industry as a loan officer assistant, working closely with real estate attorneys and developing a strong understanding of the closing process. She now brings that experience to Mitchum Law Firm, where she plays an integral role in supporting real estate transactions from start to finish.

Outside of the office, Sloan enjoys spending time with her dog, Winnie, keeping up with latest crime documentaries, and thrifting. She is also a dedicated Carolina Panthers fan and enjoys watching games with friends during football season!

PARALEGAL

Emilia is an eighth-generation Charleston native who proudly calls the Lowcountry home. After spending her early years in Charleston, her family relocated to the suburbs of Detroit, where she completed high school and became a devoted Detroit Lions fan. She later attended American University in Washington, D.C., earning a degree in International Relations before ultimately returning to her roots in Charleston.

Outside of the office, Emilia enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and cruising along Charleston’s beautiful waterways. She is also an avid music lover who rarely misses an opportunity to attend a concert or music festival.

MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

Originally from Canada and raised in Ohio, Monique made the move down south in 2011 in search of new career opportunities, and a little more sunshine!

With a background spanning project management and business operations, she brings valuable experience from both the architectural and engineering consulting (AEC) and rail industries.

When Mitchum Law Firm was founded in 2023, Monique played a key role behind the scenes, helping turn the dream of Mitchum Law Firm, into a reality.

Outside of the office, Monique enjoys spending time with family and embracing everything Charleston has to offer!
